In a truly bizarre coincidence, my sister Cat, along with her partner Evan and my nephew Milo, were not only arriving in Halifax at the same time we were leaving, they were stepping off the exact same Air Canada jet that would be taking us to Toronto. Here they meet Morgan for the first time.
Unfortunately, because they had yet to clear customs we had to communicate from opposite sides of the glass wall at the gate, and there wasn't enough time for us to spend any time together. So all we could manage was a few scribbled notes. But we caught up with them a week later at the cottage they rented near Emma's family cottage.
I made sure Morgan familiarized herself with the aircraft's safety features before departure back to Toronto. This flight was also a bit late, but not nearly as bad as the trip to Halifax. Which was good, because Morgan badly mismanaged her diaper supplies on this flight too!
Back on terra firma in Toronto, with our adorable little carry-on luggage.
