This is Hay's Galleria, a converted and covered (above and below) wharf for trading ships from the 1850s.




It's kind of hard to explain, but this sidewalk under a bridge near the waterfront had a disco floor with pulsating blue and green lights.




Those Londonders really like keeping their boats around.
