Our little walk took us next to the main train station, which had a rather funky clock tower.




These two women were just walking down the sidewalk, minding their own business, trailing great plumes of bubbles from their bubblemakers. I have to get one of those things!




One to the power of five? Hunh?




The next morning we loaded up the cab and headed out to the airport. Or so we thought...




For no apparent reason the cab driver turned into the entrance of an underground parking garage and I was a little confused for a minute or two, until we came out of the parking area and into a big underground roadway which obviously runs under the city centre. It was absolutely not marked anywhere at surface level and I don't think it was on our maps either!
