Our destination was Vigeland Park, where hundreds of (nude) statues are on display in a large greenspace centred on a giant phallic monolith made up of more naked figures. 'Frigg' is right, kid.




I did my best to find a tasteful angle.

This temporary switching track was simply bolted onto the pavement of the road during construction, allowing streetcars to use just one side of the street for both directions of travel. It reminds me of tracks from a toy train set.




This lightpost was sitting by the entrance to a public parking lot. I cannot for the life of me figure out the significance of the light pattern, nor of the other potential patterns.
