The first stop for me at the museum was actually across the street though, where they
have turned a parking lot into a satellite gallery of some rather large pieces of their
collection, including a recently retired Concorde.

They let you walk through part of the Concorde cabin, but they sure don't want you
touching anything!

Many years ago I took a very similar shot of a Concorde cockpit at the aviation museum
in Duxford,
England. It was good to be back.

This VIP transport served as Air Force One for a few years in the 1960s. Although it
apparently stayed in service as a backup for a number of years, it is still setup as used by
Kennedy and Johnson.
