[ Driving to Banbury with Evan ]

After we got back from Oxford, Evan met us in the car and drove us to Banbury to pick up some Chinese food. I like the way this shot turned out.

[ Puzzled boys ]

Our challenge the next morning was to get Evan's motorcycle up the path at the back of the house and under the covered deck for storage while the garage floor was being repaved. Getting a motorcycle up stairs without a proper ramp is a bit of a puzzler!

[ Success ]

But we managed.

[ Confusing signs at Heathrow ]

Alas it was time to head to the airport that afternoon, and it was in Heathrow that Emma spotted this incongruous pair of signs: The toilets are this way, but "Authorized personnel only." We saw numerous people walk to this corner, stop, and consider their options. Some went down the stairs anyway, others headed off in search of other facilities.

[ Way to sell 'em ]

One of the shops in the airport was selling a MacBook which has, if you look at the inset image top right, a broken hinge. I wonder if they've noticed a drop in sales...

[ Our plane ]

I am happy to report that the return flight went much more smoothly than the flight over.

And that's pretty much it.
