Having grown very fond of streetcars over my time in Toronto, I was amused to see this horse-drawn model in the London Transport Museum (which I highly recommend, it was excellent).




This was a rather unexpected warning for a transport museum exhibit, but I lost interest in the boring video before anything exciting happened. Maybe that's what they meant by not suitable for kids.




A rather perplexing array of locked, numbered doors in the washroom area of the museum. Maybe they tape game shows in there at night...




I'm not sure what was going on, but at one point there were 8 or 9 transit police waiting at the platform while I waited for my train. Another train came along and they all boarded at the first car.




It was getting pretty late on the 1st and so I headed back to Hornsey to have another excellent dinner with Stephanie, Shane and Shane's sister Deanna.
