After a few minutes the thrill wears off ... for most people. These guys (like many) were intently photographing the whole thing. Meanwhile I wandered off...




...and found a cool bank window display. It's hard to photograph but they have projected a computer image onto the glass of the exterior window and you can touch the glass to move the mouse and click on things. They were selling financial services, but they were doing it in a geek-pleasing way.




Then we made our way down to the Deutsches Museum, a very big, very cool science and tech museum that I remembered visiting when went on a family trip to Germany many years earlier.




The museum cafeteria had a popcorn vending machine, which was a totally foreign concept to me. If I hadn't just had a big lunch, I would have tried it just to see how well it turned out.
