Once the tour ended, I had to hussle over to Safeco Field for the Mariners game, stopping only for a ridiculously overpriced hotdog out on the street outside the ballpark. The worst part: they were even more expensive inside.







The north-facing side of the ballpark is mostly open (especially with the roof open) so you can see the Seattle skyline from your seat. But I was actually too close to the field for that (tough life, I know).

Not having ever been in a position to interfere with a ball in play before, I quite enjoyed this warning.




How civilized! They provide garbage bags, along with cup holders, on the backs of all the seats.
